YG series
motor is newly designed roller bed motor with high reliability
based on JG2 series motor and with the reference of RM series
motor produced by ABB company. It possesses the advantages of
small measurement, light weight, good performance, strong
reliability, and easy maintaining etc. The bearing grease
auto-supplying equipment is added to this motor, this
lubricant grease is suitable for using on high temperature
places, which will strengthen the mechanical strength of the
motor. Its synthesizir index of technique and economic has
reached the international advanced level, the total
performance of this motor could compare with RM series motor
of ABB company.
YG series roller bed motor could be continuos working in the adverse surrounding where frequently starting, positive and negative turning, high temperature duty etc exist. It possess good ability of over-load, and is most suitable for using on still mill for transportation and rolling
bed purpose, it also could be used on other mechanical equipment.
The rated voltage is 380V, the rated frequency is 50hz, with Y connection method, with Class B insulation and IP54 protection. The mountings for this series motor could be B3,B5 or B35, the cooling method IC0041. The motor could start with full voltage.
With the controlling of VVVF, YG series roller bed motor could be well working at the frequency between 5-70HZ, but the performance data will not be the same as ensured value as specified in this catalogue.
YG series roller bed motor including two types:
YGa is mainly used on working roller bed, the work duty is S5-40%;
YGb is mainly used on transporting roller bed, the work duty is S1.
